Oakfield Care are able to provide a one-to-one home care solution for younger adults aged 18 – 65. Our personal care option will allow your loved one to stay in familiar, relaxed surroundings supported by one of our fully trained Live-In Carers.
Your Oakfield Carer will work to an individually designed Care Plan that’s is designed to meet your lifestyle, whether active and hectic, or quiet and peaceful.
All of our Carers are trained and equipped to deal with numerous different conditions.
