24 Hour Live in Care

Before we provide Live-in Care, we meet each client and family for a full Live In Care consultation.

That's when we:

• Agree the Clients Live In Care needs
• Learn the Clients likes, preferences, and routines
• Complete a risk assessment
• Raise and resolve any Health & Safety concerns for the prospective client and their carers.

Our next step is to produce a one-to-one Live in Support Plan which offers the flexibility to change as and when required. We then select a team of well trained Live-in Carers to ensure continuous tailored Live In Care. Families who entrust their loved ones to Oakfield 24 hour Care rest easy with the peace of mind that someone is always on hand, providing care, companionship and taking care of household chores.

Oakfield 24 hour Live-in Carers help with and provide all home and personal care. They make meals, give companionship, run the home and shop for or with the client - all as required and agreed in the individual Care Plan. They are at a Clients home all of the time, 24-hours a day, with a two hour break each day, 7-days a week. We select a small team who will Live-in with the client for the agreed number of weeks or continuously. Oakfield Care Live-In Carers usually work for two or three weeks then have a week or two off, at which stage another pre-selected Carer is introduced to maintain continuity
